The most common cause of low oxygen is a poor level of fitness. A low oxygen environment deprives the cells of essential nutrients needed for energy to clean and rebuild. As a result our body fluids and blood can become dirty and toxic. 5.Eat Iron-Rich Food:
Certain foods can help improve the oxygen levels in your blood. Iron is a mineral needed for our red blood cells, the cells that transport blood around the body. That is why we can be tired and exhausted if we lack iron.the sources where iron-rich foods is found in green leafy vegetables like spinach,kale, broccoli, fruits such as apples, legumes, and lean proteins such as eggs, poultry, and fish.

A few simple measurements are different activity levels will show you how to maximize your your blood’s oxygen level.
